Manufacturing Process
Our DGEBA is produced by the condensation reaction of bisphenol A with epichlorohydrin in the presence of caustic soda, followed by washing, dehydration and refining to remove residual salts and chlorine. The finished clear liquid is filtered and drummed under nitrogen protection. Every batch is tested for epoxy equivalent weight, viscosity, color, hydrolyzable chlorine and purity before release, and full COA documentation is provided with each shipment.
